DRY APPLE
This refreshingly dry cider is the result of traditional bittersharp and bittersweet varietals including Northern Spy and Bromley, co-fermented with Gala and Ambrosia apples. Stone fruit fragrances appear creating a crisp and fruity essence. Find a spot in the shade and delight in the fresh sparkle Dry Apple brings to your senses.
LAVENDER HONEY
The floral notes of lavender cosy up to the smooth creamy honey from the alfalfa fields, adding a layered touch to this beautiful apple cider. Lavender Honey accompanied by a walk down memory lane is the best way to spend a starry evening.
CHERRY ROSÉ
Ripe and luscious cherries have been fermented into a light wine and then blended with our delicately balanced Golden and Red Delicious apple cider to create this on-point blush. As you watch the sun set on the lake, let the soft hue of Cherry Rosé wash over you.
SEMI-SWEET APPLE
Spartan and MacIntosh apples are given their time to shine by preserving their natural sweetness in Semi-Sweet Apple. Tannins from Corland Mac and Crab apples round out this easy drinking cider. A porch swing with someone dear beside you, is the perfect pairing for this light golden delight.

THE NEW GOLDEN AGE

The 1920’s was the Golden Age of the apple in the Shuswap. The climate was ideal for orchardists, with a balance of sunshine and enough moisture so that no irrigation was required. These unique conditions created some of the most delicious apples in the world and they were in high demand. Paddle wheelers stopped along the lakeshore to gather boxes by the ton and some eventually found their way to markets in Great Britain, South Africa and South America.

In 2020, the Shuswap Cider Company launched a new Golden Age of the apple in the form of cider. We ferment using a blend of traditional bittersweet and bittersharp varietals, along with complementary culinary apples, to create a brilliant balance of characteristics in each small batch. We hope you enjoy the attention to detail in our craft ciders. Savour the moments sharing them with the family and friends in your world!
